By accessing or using Panabong, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Panabong. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. Panabong is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Listings and Transactions

Panabong is a marketplace platform — we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Users transact at their own risk. We strongly encourage meeting in safe, public locations and inspecting birds before payment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Panabong to post false or misleading listings, harass or threaten other users, attempt to circumvent our systems, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions). By posting, you grant Panabong a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You must only post content you own or have rights to.

7. Limitation of Liability

Panabong is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, transactions between users, or inaccurate listing information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
