Posting Guidelines
To keep Panabong a trusted and reliable marketplace, all users must follow these guidelines. Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.
Listing Requirements
- •All listings must include an accurate title, breed, type, price, and location.
- •Photos must be of the actual bird being sold — no stock images or photos of other birds.
- •Fight records must be accurate and verifiable. False records will result in account suspension.
- •Pedigree papers, if claimed, must be available upon request by the buyer.
Prohibited Listings
- •Stolen or illegally obtained birds.
- •Listings with misleading, false, or exaggerated descriptions.
- •Duplicate listings for the same bird.
- •Listings outside the Philippines.
Seller Responsibilities
- •Respond to inquiries within a reasonable time (ideally within 24 hours).
- •Honor agreed prices and terms with buyers.
- •Mark listings as Sold once a transaction is completed.
- •Provide accurate delivery estimates and costs if offering shipping.
Buyer Responsibilities
- •Inspect birds before completing a transaction when possible.
- •Do not make offers you do not intend to honor.
- •Leave honest reviews after completed transactions.
- •Report suspicious listings or sellers to our team.
Enforcement
- •Violations of these guidelines may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
- •Panabong reserves the right to remove any listing or account at its discretion.
- •To report a listing or user, use the Report button on the listing or profile page.
